N-PM-01: Project Management for PMP® certification:

This is a 4-day training course which will provide extensive exposure to project management practices as endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) which is the global authority for such practices. N-PM-02: Project Management & Global Melt-down Scenario:
This is a 3-day class, where the first two days will be on Project management-101, providing all basic elements of formal project management in organizations and how they should be managed as prescribed by the PMI®. The third day will exclusively focus on Project management under global crisis scenarios. In this session, several case studies will be discussed, keeping in mind distinct constraints that may affect critical projects and how projects and programs are to be managed to deal with the crisis, keeping the interests of stakeholders, customers and sponsors in mind.
The Audience for this class will be corporate leaders and executives, mid-level to senior level project managers, program managers and businessmen who need to know ways to work around the constraints. This class will also provide interactive brain-storming sessions where real-life situations will be discussed. Solutions are leveraged through group wisdom without compromising quality by way of effective Project Management.
